Good advice, thanks! I will be spraying a single stage white in the engine compartment so the 1.2 should be okay. But as you indicate, light is limited in my garage as well.

...I ended up going with the Eastwood concours spray gun...

Good choice. Great price, and a good gun. It's the one I use.


What tip (1.2 or 1.4) are you all using on this gun? Any suggestions on gun set up? I just bought one to spray my engine compartment before installing the 3b swap.

The AC parts are all still in place and I am not sure about their future. The car is running.... project thread to follow, but not on the road at this point.

I can relate! My car sat outside for 5+ years and those little turds were/ are everywhere. I now have my dash out, cleaning all the vents, etc. also.
