It'll be a job and a half to keep traction on this thing off the line. Gear based boost control will be dialed in :)

This motor popped my 4 digit dyno cherry, and I did feel like I needed a cigarette afterward.

amazing. Is there anything special like block girdles or anything holding this thing together?

you can probably count the 2.5" thick billet aluminum oil pan as a girdle.

Yup, the oil pan was designed to tie the bottom of the block together as a structural member

So far it seems to be working well

With numbers like this, Lenco is sounding more and more necessary! Holy crap, Haydn. You're an animal!

Forget Lenco transmissions, with a curves like that a powerglide would be perfect. Maybe one from Mikes Transmission? With that motor you would only need 2 gears...FAST and FASTER.

no race shop is complete without at least one semi-nekked lady poster.

Its practically in the building codes.

Nice! Where are you seeing the 1000 # though?
