I'm not sure I follow...so you want me to measure from basically the flange on the manifold to where one would first contact the compressor housing? What for?

I have some earlier in the thread of the inside of the core and such. What do you want to see in particular?

So, I am looking for the width of the assembly; to see if it would fit in a B chassis :D

OK, it depends on which way you clock it of course. I doubt you'll be able to point the comp housing out to the side like I did in the last photo above. If you could do that though, the comp outlet flange is roughly 11 inches away from the head flange mounting surface.

If you rotate it such that the compressor outlet faces downwards (like in the middle picture), you end up with about 9.5 or 10 inches.

Well, I got home from work at ~5, went to the gym at 6:30, got back from the gym at 7:30, saw front railing of the big boat sticking straight up in the air, resurrected it, and now its time for bed at 10:50. What a nice, eventful day.

Sweet. It looks like the angle keeps it a little higher as well.

Oh, I also forgot to add that with it clocked sideways you dont need the spacer flange, so you can subtract 3/8" off of that measurement

we need to discuss this for a second.

If I get the "base" manifold, it will cost $X. If I get the "baller" manifold option, it will cost $2X.

Baller one will flow a good bit more and comes with fuel rail and such, so that offsets cost a little.

Keep my end goals in mind. 6-800whp. I think the "base" option would get me there, but the serious one will get me there more easily.

Also, I'm going to have to be on the lookout for a 75mm cable TB to go with this thing (and to match my IC piping size and flow calculations for what I'll need).

So yeah...whaddya think?

I gotta do this, ID 1000's and clutch at some point soon. Clutch is going to get neglected until its needed unfortunately. This manifold is taking the spot of my ABZ in a 90 build right now. Not forever, but it'll have to wait for a while after this.

I have used a couple of these on manifold builds, and the quality is pretty good. You can not beat 100$ shipped with the throttle body flange. Damn Chinese are figuring things out
