While doing the control arm bushings the rear tie rods are pretty much done on Johnnyman's CQ :(. The bad part of this is trying to source new ones. They are pretty much non existant at the moment and appears our only option is to source the 034Motorsport (excuse my french) ones. Before I go clicking checkout, anyone else have a better option? I know going the route of updated tie rods like these will last a very long time, but wanted to see if there were less expensive options before pulling the trigger.
Just a heads up, those will be squeaky and you will need to change the bearings in them at some point. So while the arms themselves may last forever, the heim joints certainly won't
Sorry the last three places I sourced for you didn't work out... there's always your local import parts store or NAPA: http://m.napaonline.com/Tablet/parts/Pa ... 0257076264 - they are initially more expensive than the 034 option, but as OEM-style replacements they will require far less maintenance than the 034s and will likely last 15-20 years.

I'm sure we can figure out a solution for good rod ends. I am thinking about making a set (I need a front TRE) just need to sort out lengths and what ends
