Well according to my research on Facebook, 760whp at 15psi, then something popped in the intake.

Haven't been here for a while, happened to pop in to pickup a message so figured i would update.

Made 800whp on Marcs dyno at 15.5ish psi during 'dial in' before we got into real tuning. Foiund IAT's were getting crazy hot, then BOOM (well no boom really) smoke form the back and 5psi oil pressure.

Motor is out and apart and currently being inspected. It ate its bearings pretty good. Suspect too little oil volume met too much BMEP and simply crushed the oil film. So now I need to decide what to do next i.e. LS1 still or switch to LSA. Most likely stick with LS1 but drop the stroke back to 5.7 from 6.2 and build it to be bulletproof and take a bit more RPM. increase oil volume and psi and adjust clearances accordingly. SCAT crank is dead, block is dead.
