My friday got crushed by a car that was being prepped for race, amongst other things, but made some progress

We have been developing a drop in small chassis radiator with the discontinue of the ron davis units. CNC end tanks and side supports make them strong as snot, but still light. They look nice.

Sure looks the business! Any figures on dry weight?

Also, time to update the thread title, no? ;)

You said my $$ was going to the URQ, but I didn't realize you had already restarted this project.

This is awesome to see. That front end is going to look BA.

I think it's going to be the same size. It looks cramped in his picture because of the long runners of the intake manifold and alternator position of the 07K.

Yes, stock size radiator, just tilted to clear stuff.

Made a bit of progress on the bumper and grill. Needs another day if work t9 get mounted and trimmed proper, but i do like the extra space afforded.

Should have the IC and intake done bt Friday, hopefully have coolng done as well!

You know, by the looks of it, if you'd have had the 07k in there the whole time... you probably wouldn't have had to cut the front cross member. ;)

Yea, very easy to retain the factory cross member and do a proper fmic still. Oh well. Ill enjoy 20 minute engine plucks!

Looking at that picture again, that's exactly where and how I had my coils mounted. Such a great engine bay.
