20v exhaust manifold flang

Post by DE80q »

So, the time has come to build a header for the Bandit. I'm looking for a CAD drawing of the manifold to head mounting flange. I don't care if they are connected, or individual runners. I just really don't want to give $100 to 034 for one. Let me know what you got, thanks guys.

What if I took my 3B OEM exhaust manifold and traced it onto a sheet of paper and dropped in the mail? You don't have one sitting around I'm guessing :) am I correct it matches the 20vt's EM flange pattern?

Thanks for the offer, but the 20v flange is way different than the 20v flange.

From 2002, not sure what version of autocad I used to do this but it should be pretty generic.

I know those have gotten a lot of use, never heard a complaint about fitment.

Dumb idea: Why not graft a fifth pipe onto one of those $89 eBay 8v manifolds?

If some miracle happens and I am able to get back to my Quantum before I get fed up with it and sell it (shop space rental prices around here could buy me an STi. A NEW one. And a beater Evo for the weekends) I have a 20v flange made by a certain person who used to run 12s in a 20v Quantum. I plan on using most of a Volvo 2.5l N/A exhaust header (mid-00s S60) to make a turbo manifold with it, using flex pipes on cylinders 1 and 5 because stainless is a really crappy material for exhaust manifolds.
