b2, v8 torsen diff w/108mm cups, 2 piece uprights and 5 lug?

hello all! im gearing up to install my torsen rear diff into my later 4000 rear diff housing. ill be running 2 piece rear uprights with b5 5 lug hubs. for axles, i have a pair of early 4000 rear axles with the 108mm inners cv's needed for the torsen diff. My question is: has anyone run this setup? im looking for help on the outer cv. what outer ends do i need to run with the b5 hubs? not sure this is known at all, but i figurered id ask. i know its been done without the v8 diff with the 100mm inners, but not sure that applies here..
