Decent drill bits, replacement

I have drill indexes, but I need some decent replacement bits. Anyone know of a company I can get some from? I am tired of getting bits that last one or two uses, and then are crap.

HSS - High Speed Steel does not mean what it use to.

Once you get the knack for resharpening bits, you'd be amazed at how much longer they last. It's all about holding it at the right angle and doing up each side exactly the same by "threading" the bit between your index and thumbtip.

Or you could buy a Drill Doctor, which is less skill-intensive but slower and more expensive.

More pressure/less speed helps a lot too.

I figure that either McMaster or Grainger will be where I go. Just looking if anyone had a preference of their own

Don't need the cobalt unless I get into drilling stainless. I just need some M2 HSS bits.

Look up Millner tools. Based in Tennessee. We saw them at Carlisle.
Very durable and lifetime warranty and sharpening. Really impressive.
Im buying them for the shop where I work. Marc Swanson bought a set for his shop. Marcel bought a set too.

I've heard great things about Norseman bits, but I don't own any.
I've also have a drill doctor that's been great for resharpening my mostly crappy bits. Probably not the tool to use on really nice bits, but great for disposable stuff.
