Big Bore Strut Extenders, as first made by Mance. It allows Coupe owners to use a larger diameter strut insert on the front. It involves removing the swagged portion at the top of the strut housing & welding on a larger threaded part. Shown here with the coil-over conversion parts.

Ok I see. It could be done if I had the drawings for it. The only part I'd be worried about is cutting the threads. I know I could do it, but I'm not sure if it'd be cost effective if I have to buy a die for it vs cutting them on the lathe
