FRCFD5's '92 S4 Project .. Engine build commences....

-Garrett GT3071r turbo
-VEMS stand-alone engine management with interior LCD display
-Siemens 60# injectors
-Bosch wideband o2 sensor
-7A Exhaust cam
-EFI Express LS2 high output coils
-Magnecore spark plug wires
-TiAl 50mm BOV
-Dave Stone (PMW) 24x12x3.5 FMIC
-1.9BAR Wastegate spring
-Samco silicone boost hoses
-034 silicone inlet hose
-034 silicone coolant hoses
-Walbro 255 fuel pump

EXHAUST:
-Stromung stainless 3" turbo-back exhaust (NO CAT)
-RS2 Exhaust manifold

BRAKES:
-993t (Big Red) Front calipers, 314mm rotors.


DRIVETRAIN:
-Real-deal RS2 six-speed transmission (CRB), rebuilt by Hans Kluge with .67 sixth gear and custom center section to accomodate ProConTen.
-034 poly snub mount and bracket

SUSPENSION:
-Bilstein Sport shocks
-H&R 29800 springs
-Rear sway bar (1992 only)
-2Bennett camber/castor plates

EXTERIOR:
-BRAND NEW OEM lower door trims
-Euro Rear center taillight section. Center plate surround is painted white, needs to be pearl paint matched (or painted black if you prefer)
-Clear corners (OE Hella)
-Euro lenses

INTERIOR:
-S6 sport steering wheel, in excellent condition
-S6+ 6-speed shift knob
-Full carbon fiber trim set, includes single-piece dash section. Everything is in perfect condition with zero cracks.
-Steel sunroof replaced with glass moon roof

WHEELS/TIRES:
-BBS CH w/255-35-18

34mm intake valves
29.5 exhaust valves
5 angle intake, 3 angle exhaut cut
Stage 6 porting and flowbenching /equalize flow for each port

dont have too much info on it... but lets say, hanks working on it ;)....it will be using a 800hp a/w bell core...you should also look into the killer chiller setup.

Is the procon ten worth saving when swapping the trans? I'm putting an 01e in my 200 and don't have the bracket but if its worth saving ill get a hold of one. If my trans even has the bosses...

Awesome build man! Interested to see how the 3576 performs.

well, since you dont have an airbag, i guess it would be good to have it, since it retracts the steering column away from the driver.

No, most of us urs4 owners who swap 6-speeds lose pro-con-ten because of the lack of bracket on the trans. I think you could drill/tap the case to transfer the bracket from an 01e 5-speed, but it's not worth the trouble. It is a great idea on paper, but Audi got rid of it in 1995 so it couldn't have been that great.

agreed, I didn't use mine when I did the 6 speed swap, makes life alot easier, especially if you had the tranny out 4 times like me :)

Where'd purchase the "460 lph Walbro"... biggest I've found is there new 416 pump...

Ill be running E85, so the pump is F90000267, it flows about 450-460lph

custom set...more lift, ill need to get the specs from Jeff on this. Thats all the pictures i have gotten so far. will shoot some once the head is here ;)
