So close to ruining a quarter panel! yikes! My co worker saw the video over my shoulder and was like WTF! haha

Well the PO was rear ended so that quater panel is already due for major body work. Whole car is going to be gone over during the winter.

Oh man, good times with the car lately.

Driving home from our monthly Audi meet in Toronto a swarm of JDM/Hellaflush/Stancewerks punks engulfs my friend in his CQ. There's this one 335 or 328 with what looks to be a convertible chop/conversion? Hilarious camber etc.. anyway, I gave them a little 4th gear plus BOV and blew their minds. One kid looked like he couldn't have been older than 13. Anyway they got beside me again and had their phones out and implied I should do it again... so I obliged. Minds definitely blown, their faces were hilarious.

Last night I had the car at a work BBQ and launch control made kids cry. Felt bad but I didn't know they were in the screened in room! It's just such a conversation piece.

Any car that makes kids cry is worth keeping (and putting a tall 5th in )

Just keep the damn thing. I know you love it! The funny thing is I am right there with you, pretty much anywhere I go my dang car turns into a conversation piece. I was at cars and coffee the other weekend and the car definitely drew a crowd.

Ugh. I hate how this car makes me want to spend money. Having dreams of 6266 with KKK hotside and big injectors.

Then I run into these problems: brakes and death to 016. Ugh

A tall 5th will fix your problems!! Oh and that trans is worth about $8 in scrap lol

Edited, also need 5k 82mm bearings. UrS bearings are stepped

Just gonna outline what I need for my bbk here:

Have:
porsche bbk with brackets, lines, pads, rotors (will need new rotors I think)
UrS car strut mounts/bearing housings

Need:
443 407 615A - 4 bolt hubs that fit in 5k/UrS strut mounts (5k front hubs, 4k rear hubs)
5k 82mmx42mm bearings
rear 4k axles
urq ball joints

I also started looking into removing the power window regulators as part of the interior strip. Looks like any manual from an early car will work. So I'll be on the lookout for those too...

I actually have a front set... rear is also easy, '84 4kq all came with manual rear lifts, I am sure few are kicking around.

I have the greasable non-adjustable urq balljoints from 034. I'm not going to lie and say that I had problems with them and the boots are torn (anything sold by 034 is junk imo). Let me know if you are interested.

I might have what you need for the UrS strut mounts and bearing housings.
