For anyone interested in how I rebuilt the AC comp manifold, here are some pictures. Its really simple. You can get the o-rings in the HF o-ring set lol. I wouldn't be upset if they don't hold up long, but I think they will. You cant screw up rubber too badly. Yes, it'd be nicer to have Viton or something, but the big "square" gasket thing isn't available in anything but regular rubber anyway and mine looked to be in perfectly good condition. Chances are, if anything blows out that will probably be the thing that blows before the rest of the HF ones do since its probably pretty old. Seems just fine for now though. Like I said, the car held vac for 30 min the other day without dropping at all.

Next up are pictures of why my window reg failed. It would go down, but not up and made lots of crunchy noises. That plastic thing on the end of the cable is supposed to go down inside those holes in the motor housing and allow the cable to tighten up. When its broken like mine is, that doesn't happen. I have some extra white thingies, but no way to get them off of the cable they are on and onto the one in the car. So basically next up is figuring out how to get the reg off of the window...I really don't know how to do it properly. While I figure that out, wood with zip-ties is holding my window lol.

And last, but not least, we have the big ole' Lexus throttle body again. There was way too much extra shit on it, so I cut it all off. Of course, the TPS housing and throttle cam mechanism are still there. Also left one big port on it as it makes a great place for an ICV. I was going to take pics to get an idea of what it might take to fit it with a custom Hank manifold, but it got too dark out. Maybe tomorrow. It definitely wasn't going to fit without cutting stuff off, I'll tell you that for sure. I took like a half inch to 3/4 off of that part below the TPS housing. That is probably going to be the key for clearance with the head. There used to be some random vac line routing down there that had nothing to do with the air passing thru the TB :?
I can never get pics from photoshop.com to display properly here no matter how I try to do it...

I just didn't get to it tonight. I spent about an hour with the air cutter finding ways to only cut the bits I wanted to cut. Will hit it with the grinder, then the dremel, and finally some sanding and polishing to make it perty. Then off to Hank it goes! Gotta get a TPS too. Can't forget that.
...and yes, I know I have a badass cup
