hey there! a hand drill equates to more than a 0.002 variation!!!! maybe a tad more, but seriously, these balljoints are different than USDM stuff? do you have any side by side pics with 2 bolt b3 balljoints?

Yes, these style were never found on any US spec car. They only came on European cars. Im surprised my vendor was able to get them in a timely manner to be honest. They look exactly like the b2/3 17mm ones except much larger

Wow what a nice upgrade - I had those 17mm ball joints on my fox and man even on a 80 hp car I hated them.
I even had one fall out after using brand new hardware and a a torque wrench, awesome piece to beef up on a huge power 4k!

Well I have now had the 17mm, 18mm, and now the 19mm (all new). The 18mm were ok but because they were the early style urq joints, they had no camber adjustment and were an absolute P I T A to get the strut back on. These went in very easy compared to those.

Can the ones with too short of an attention span to sift through 88 pages get a spec list of what your 20v currently has?

Nice Job! Don't worry about the dyno, just posting up time slip or two would be good enough (to compare to last time with the K24-7000).
How are your plugs looking? If you had the wide band I bet you would find that you are extremely rich (10:1 ish) then it gradually leans out towards redline.
