Yes I have taken that into consideration. I need a car with the large manifold to work with in person though. Unless someone is willing to give me the specs on what needs to be changed

Ed, I'll have a 1.5" shorter radiator available soon for guys with 07k's to make it easier. This radiator would be pretty awesome for regular 20vt guys. Made in 'merica core, with end tanks made in house.

Sounds about right! It's a tight squeeze with the throttle routing and the stock condensor location interferes with the AAN TB in it's current position. But a front mounted B4 unit could be the fix there (I want AC dammit ).

Keep me in the loop, I'm still riding the fence about staying 7aT, using the ur20VT block, or going 07K in the short term (<2yrs).

It is basically the size of the core (no end tanks) so you could scoot it around but you'd lose a bit of airflow too (negligible?)

The core is vertical, so a shorter core would be left to right shorter, not end tank length.

I got ya, I think, -1.5" from the x dimension? That may actually work with the OEM condenser because of the "shortness" (y dimension) I mentioned before; mounting it could be a trick.

In the process of collecting parts for my build. I have been researching radiators. The only all aluminum radiators I can find are from 2Bennett which is $1500.00....Wow. The second place is Ebay. By Winner Racing in China I assume. The chinaman part # is ADR002 and the core size is 480mm x 378mm with 4 different thicknesses = 40 / 56 / 70 and 86mm. Anyone try these radiators out yet? I'm think I'm going to go for it. $1500 is a lot of coin but I'm sure its a beautiful piece. I just don't have that deep of pockets. I was able to locate all the thicknesses of the Ebay radiator except for the 86mm one which is on their website but not up on Ebay which is the only place the seem to sell them. 70mm is the thickest one I found for $400.00. Wish I could get my hands on the 86mm! Anyone have any input now about this Ebay radiator? -Andy

If you can weld aluminum (or any rad shop will be able to, as well as machine shops if you're unable/unwilling), this Chevy S10 radiator is a 3-pass unit and nearly ideal dimensionally but needs some work (details in build thread on MG below):
