Hmmmm yes that would cause noise and wear issues. It's been a long time since I built my S4k suspension but I seem to recall there being a spacer just like you show included. Kind of a top hat bushing that slips over the strut tube

There is a flimsy stamped piece that comes with the Koni's, but they are pretty worthless.

Do you still by chance make these? I'm looking to install some GC plates and would love to have these to help

Interested in this setup. Is this the GC kit being used? What "strut diameter" should be used, the "MOST Bilstein"? 2.25 spring perch?
