[quote="jonixins" If your tuner is clever enough, you can use 074906021XX MSA15 sw in 028906021XX MSA15 ecu hardware both will work. Or you can come to me (LV) and I'll do sw change for you. Also I can sell you already modified ecu with failsafe sw.
For wiring you just need to change ECU plugs + 1-2 spare wires. If you go MAFless and delete EGR it will be easy - 2hr comparing and 1-2h soldering.[/quote]
Thanks for you help. Wiring for me is not the problem and ecu fleshing, repairing... I do it every day. I see what this ecu's is the same hardware and i can put whatever software to this ecu. 074 xxx xxx xx is vans and 028 xxx xxx xx is passagers cars. One thins is make personal software tune i contact with you. Thanks alllot and i going do wiring job.
my ecu is: 028 906 021 CE I thinik make 074906021 M (111kw,151PS) need search for not modifed original soft.

I think yes, because V6 engine. And i known I5, v6, v8 have the same gearbox flange.

no, the K16 from AAT never reaches over 1,5 bar at maximum, same with the K14. The K16 has only more air-flow, so it's better for higher rpm...
It reaches and it can reach even 2.0bar but it isn't safe anymore. Do not use standard ecu, n75 or 1.5bar map sensor.

I don't think so.
My K14-Wastgate is completely closed at all times and I never reach over about 1,5 bar.... I have selfmade mechanical TDI-pump...

use static VNT or just connect WG and pressure pipe or your turbo wg has a defect. I hope you are not meaning diagnostic values and standard MAP sensor.

CE ecu won't work. There is no 5cyl sw for this type of MSA15. Most of VW and Seat will do the job.
K14 only reaches about 1,5 bar (excess pressure) = about 2,5 bar (absolute pressure)

074906021M is the right sw.
:( , i find it:
074 906 021 M 074 906 021 A 074 906 021 T 074 906 021 S

I do not have this software and I haven't seen it, but I'm very sure you won't be able to flash 021 ecu (MSA15) via OBD. You can use EDC15 ecu for newer softwares, but have to change accelerator potentiometer and i suspect tacho issues.

my mistake, is 074 906 018 AN, LT35 2.5TDI
MSA15 via OBD only read, but if change flash'es to erasable then maybe, i not try it.
Thanks

msa via obd is no way, ecu don't support this.

This gearbox is very good, I agree. There are two issues with older cars: 1) no speed sensor 2) axle-shaft connection are there solutions?
