The Borg Warner EFR's we are running in the mega V8 project are UBER impressive BTW. I don't know if they make them up to the size you are looking for but I would run them again in a heartbeat!

They don't unfortunately :( That would have been my top choice. At the moment, I'm leaning towards a a borg S476-ish thing, maybe with billet comp wheel. For some reason I'm finding that guys running the 4202 are running out of steam upwards of 35 psi and probably 100 lb/mim suggesting that the gtx comp wheel is just mismatched with its turbine wheel.

Check out "extreme tuners' for billet wheel stuff too.

You might want to look into the T6 housing. T4 housing will cost you 100hp at the levels you are talking about.

Hmm, you sure? I believe the T4 housing is available with 1.10 AR and an 83mm (exducer) turbine. Borg's match-bot thing says that should easily flow what I need it to. I'm still not any good at reading the turbine plots, but I'm pretty sure it should be OK. Have a look for yourself:

Dunno how they work out but theyve made even bigger wheels for the large frame EFR's. Check out their fb. They update alot on there.

My note wasn't based off compressor maps. It was from a friend that races a lot of Mustang 10.5 stuff in OH. He picked up 100hp changing turbine housing. A/R stayed the same.

I hear ya man, but that depends on so much more than just A/R. I believe you, I am just curious if it carries over to this particular application. Also, I wasn't referring to the compressor map, I'm referring to the turbine maps.

Yep, Tilton 7.25" triple disk. They can be had for pretty good prices off of NASCAR cars used for one race.

Drive-ability is pure, absolute shit, but I don't mind. It kinda has to be that way to hold the POWAH!

What the spec on this Chris?

Im looking to import a Cheap HX52 to compliment my ABZ'd coupe.

I was going to buy a repairable core on ebay along with a rebuild kit and rebuild it myself over here, cant seem to find many cheap ones in the UK.

What would you be looking for, and any idea on shipping cost to uk?

Cheers.
Kieron.

not sure how much Chris wants for it, but shipping wise it sure as heck wont fit in a postal flat rate box. weight, I haven't put it on a scale but probably close too 50lbs, which is $150 to get to the UK.

Kieron, Marc is right about the shipping. It wont be cheap. I'd like $250 out of the turbo itself.

They are something like 88lb/min I believe. 16 cm^2 exhaust housing.

£250 delivered still sounds pretty good to me.
Have you got pics of the modified flange, save me flicking through all the pages.
