Buttoned up the bumper and went for a short drive tonight. Went though all six gears very smoothly. The engine sounded great, very smooth.
And since all six gears work it's only fitting this showed up today!

So far I have ran the engine to temperature and driven it about 2 miles. How long should I run the break in oil?

Nine and a half or ten miles ought to do.

I don't drive with break in at all. I run the engine for a good while and cycle it a couple times but then I change that stuff for what I will be using and always look for any signs of metal flakes in the break in and I sacrifice the first filter too to cut open and the next few as well.

If you're gonna break it, make sure you only do about 5 weeks worth of damage.

I have it hooked up just like this:

Which is exactly how the audi wastegate was hooked up before.

Huh, I thought you didn't hook a vacuum line up to the top of the WG and the controller was just 'in line' with the vacuum port at the base plate. Isn't the top 'nipple' just a vent so the diaphragm can move freely?

Ben, I'm confused too because the way you described is how I normally do it too on Tials at least. However, I couldn't get any boost control out of my new MVR 44mm... so maybe I'm doing it wrong! That would be sweet to get right when I come home, just before the car gets shipped to Marc
