Does it come on when jumping the Temp sensor wires?

Darin:
Pull the connector off the Radiator temp sender and jump the connections. - what philip said - the senders are in the bottom of the radiators, and do get fouled over time.
(I think one of the 3 wires is brown - ground)

Also, the power for the radiator temp switch is on the same circuit as the headlights or turn signals or hazards or something dumb. If the wiring harness that runs across the front of the car, say, falls off your custom crossmember and gets eaten by the front balancer, it will kill power to the radiator switch and your fan will never be switched on. Ask me how I know

No, it does not come on when you jump the sender. Already tried that.

Check the fuse for the fan switch as well as the fans.
Edit: Fuse 15, should be a 25 amp. Runs the turn signals, radiator thermoswitch, windshield wipers, and A/C.

Yep, checked all of those. Is there a large 60 or 80 amp fuse under the dash?

According to SJM late T44's and V8's had a fusible link on the ground side. Maybe your 80 has one too?

Darin: Gonna go out on a limb here - how does the harness connector look by the fan? Any chance that its overheated (BTDT)
I had to replace about 12 inches of the harness and new connectors...
