Slimming the projects (this was posted a long while back on Motorgeek) down and I've just sort of tapered interest on this one. All (within reason) the possible wear items have been replaced or upgraded except brake calipers, wheel bearings, tranny/motor/diffs. >200k miles.

Water-cooled turbocharger system from 034 installed (above dyno is *this* car and stock cat and cat-back).

Head studs and compression lowering head gasket. Knock free on 91oct up to 12psi, but runs 9 or so typically. 86mm aluminum core radiator (brand new) and elecric fan with Flex-a-lite controller (you will *not* overheat this car up to 5-600whp). Have an extra fmic (Evo 8 iirc) for it, but not currently intercooled on the above dyno chart. 034 DIS high output coil. AC system is deleted.

rs4 clutch/pressure-plate with aluminum flywheel. New engine mounts, tranny mounts, diff mounts (front and rear), snub mount. Short shifter. New clutch master and slave cylinders.

aluminum subframe mounts, delrin control arm bushings all around, new balljoints, new tie rods (including rod-end bearing'd 034 units up front, coilovers and Koni adjustables at all 4 corners, Momo wheels with 225/45ZR -17 Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec tires ( less than 3k miles), extra all seasons and stock rims, new brake pads and stainless lines.

S2000 seats, Blaupunkt head unit, Infinity speakers all around, sub in back, custom suede interior panels, custom leather stitching on knob and steering wheel (modern B5 wheel versus crappy CQ), battery in trunk. Still working on piano black trim pieces, so no decent pics of lower part of interior. The windows and regulators (new passenger sides) are working (this is almost unbelievable).

Very custom front bumper with enlarged airflow to FMIC (if you put one on). S2 rear bumper with smoothed lower. 993 fog lights with protective layer. B4 hood and euro lights (relayed since Audi can't be trusted with electrics).

Cons: Its an Audi, I'm sure you'll have to work on it and cut your hands up from time to time, however its been reliable of late (creepy!). Paint is pretty bad, but acceptable for a dd/winter spare. Pretty sure the new power brake booster (deleted hydroboost brake system) from 034 isn't boosting fully, but the brakes are still pretty solid. It will pass a sniffer as is (with warmup) but you'll have to deal with conning any smog techs.

Extras that are uninstalled: 2:1 steering rack from 034 along with a seal kit for stock rack, solid strut mounts for front or rear, offset subframe bushings, Evo FMIC, exhaust parts including a new race cat to fab your own exhaust (needs it imo), stuff, other stuff, etc.

Yeah, its aimed at the Project Pad folks who will actually appreciate it and finish it off. I just don't have the time with my job at CSU.

I'm certainly open to inflated offers as well!! There really are some things to finish off, but its solid. I just fret about people getting the most for their $$$.
