So after the upgrade that came out years ago, what were the new downsides? Did I hear something about more picky timing wheel requirements and no cross hair or highlight for the cell that the car is operating in? Etc?

A new pick up problem would be unwelcome after an upgrade as would the inability to see what zone the car is operating in while driving and tuning, so I am very curious if this is the case. Is this real?

what downsides were seen after the upgrade?

I am still on old version with it's drawbacks including the "glitch".

I have the same upgrade for my 1c's, lot's of functions, some are confusing w/o support.
Biggest complaint: crosshairs are covered up on active cell on main maps!
It would also be nice to be able to resize program to make the maps big enough to see while driving(!)

so what exactly does that look like? No hint as to what cell the car is operating in?

Look for the cross hairs in the upper left corner...

So you can only see the outermost edges of the cross hairs, so you see the cell it is operating in, just harder to see than it used to be, before the update?

pretty much yeah..... I've seen other programs where the cell changes color when highlighted... that would help!

I can't remember what the downsides are, I think it was just the crosshairs. Nothing was as bad as that god damn ECU reset though.
