So I really shouldn't get board and scan Craigslist for things I really don't need, but it happens too often...

I found a guy looking to sell a 1991 Lago Blue, 200 20v Avant with a bad head. Apparently it was maintained by 2Bennett for most of its life, but the customer did not want to pay to have the head fixed. It's got peeling clear coat on the hood, a dent on the drivers door, and the interior is a little rough.
He said he wants $2500. Sound like a good deal?

He also has a Lago Blue 20v Avant that he will sell with it, with a good hood, interior, driver door, and runs.
He wants $3000 for the pair.

What do you guys think?

If the condition of the rest of that avant is good, then the price is fair.

Paint on the second post is beautiful. I love that color. I doubt anyone would use it as a divot considering its a 20v?

That's a FWD auto 20vt

I know the seller of the avants, I can go take a look at them if you're serious. Although another local Audi guy, Anton, was going to look at the lago 20vt avant today after our local meetup so it may be sold soon.

I didn't notice that the other car was a fwd... bummer.

Do you know if it sold to your buddy yet?
