91 200 20v no fuel no spark

Trying to get this car back on the road, bought it with cylinder head of the car. Been slowly putting it back together. Ran into a few issue's, for one the starter ignition wire is bad somewhere between the relay and starter. Ran a bypass wire and got it to turn over. Tripple checked timing going of flywheel mark. Swapped out dizzy for a known good 7a, swapped over cps, and rpm sensor. Same results

Pin tested hall, cps, rpms, to ecu.
No power on #13 fuse while cranking. Followed smj steps and confirmed power on fuel pump relay.

I'm running a stage 2 s&m autosport ecu that was tested when chips was done.

I dont have the alternator bolted up so 12v for alternator is loose ( dought this could be cause )

Check power and ground on hall sensor plug,

Check out if you still have the flywheel pin - They tend to fly off for fun reasons.

If you lost this or have bad g4/g28 sensors your car won't turn on - start there and be make a list of the things you resolve/confirm.
