Urs4 door lock issue...help please!

Locks were working fine yesterday, went to open doors today and then noticed this issue...

I only have one key so I've always put the key in the door and unlocked all doors that way. Today it only opened 3/4 doors and the trunk. The Dvr side rear door won't unlock and won't open. I can hear the vac working but the door won't open. Also the front Dvr side door won't lock or unlock unless done by hand or with the key in the door. Seems like there is no vac going to the Dvr side door locks.

I can't open the rear Dvr door at all because the door lock pull goes inside the door and I can't pull it out. Is there a vac line that runs from the trunk to the doors? Where is the vac pump that powers the locks?

Thanks guys.

Kenny.

Locks are vacuum operated... could be tricky to open the door if it's locked and stuck closed. Event trickier to pull the doorcard.

Hopefully someone here will have a trick of the trade to help you out, but in the meantime maybe have a look at the DIY I posted here for Cq window reg r/n/r, should be similar.

I'm gonna look at the pump tomorrow, and see if I can get the door to open with bike pump at low psi. Lol. I'm 90% sure it's a vac leak but I need to know how the locking system is ran???a diagram would be awesome.

I emailed you a pdf version of the audi 100 workshop manual (bentely) which covers the AAN. Should cover what you need, and be handy down the road.

Not covered, lock system is not related to the AAN engine. Need a PDF on urs4

Fixed! Kids+temper tantrum = vac line popped off under rear seat.
