Anyone else have to wait a long time to get anything from CN? I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and nothing. No communication, no replys to emails. Not in dire need of the clutch, but I am in dire need of not throwing away $500.

That's really weird, especially the no communication thing. Mine was shipped internationally via flat rate box and got here in a few weeks...

Ordered a 6 puck disk a while back. No confirmation email nothing. It showed up about 3 weeks later. I wouldn't worry about losing your money, the being pissed off part though...rage on lol

well that is good to know, I ordered on 3/26, so I am only at two weeks. Still annoying. Cali is too far for me to drive for a beatdown.

I called up these guys last night. They claimed that the pressure plate is very hard to get and they should be getting it to them in 5-7 days. Then they have to modify it and send it to me. So maybe I will see it in 2 weeks if I am very lucky.
Doesnt really matter, but I would like to get this thing at least running and movable so I dont have to push it all over the shop. Would also be nice to have known, not the greatest customer service. Hopefully the clutch works well.

Hopefully it's right and you don't have to send it back and wait 2 more weeks more! :D

i have clutchnet clutches in all of my cars and their great! honestly i've only ever had problems with one disc and the sprung center exploded on a brand new disc and put a hole in my bell housing. they resolved that fairly quick and gave me a 2 new disc's, one to replace the exploded one and another for my GTI. shipping times have been around 3 weeks, i think they assemble each clutch when their ordered so it all depends on what parts they have in stock.
