I'd be interested, but I'm sure 16 ga would be plenty. .100" is pretty thick for such a small keychain.

Any chances of doing aluminum or stainless? I'd rather have a polished one than painted/powdercoated.

Jared, I'd attach a detailed R5 headgasket model/CAD file I used for the shirts I've been making, but this forum doesn't allow useful attachments. Go figure? Email me if you want it. You'd obviously have remove some details to allow down-scaling.

Updated the machine shop with the information. Waiting on a quote in 16ga shiny stainless and aluminum

Ok machine shop got back to me. Gotta enlarge some of the smaller holes for the laser. a 4000w laser does not like small holes

Machine shop got back to me with a fairly reasonable quote. He suggested I contact a local trophy shop as they can do better price-wise due to less overhead and smaller lasers.
As of right now, we are looking at about $12-15 per keychain if that sounds reasonable to everyone.

I'm ready to start producing these for you guys. Just need everyones approval on the pictures and I will begin accepting payments while I await the first batch to be made

These are #4 16ga Stainless Steel. The aluminum didnt fare too well from the laser.
